Boosting your performance

We have a number of procedures to help everyone fulfill their potential.

  • Skills assessment takes place through regular communication between employee and manager, and through the yearly appraisal. Many opportunities are provided to develop skills through training, professional development, mentoring, and special projects;
  • The Individual Development Plan, defines development actions and objectives, and the means of achieving them;
  • The People Review, an annual collegial meeting between management and human resources, is when skills are reviewed along with each person’s career path.

Training to advance

AREVA’s training programs are backed by:

  • the Personal Training Account (PTA)
    It allows any employee with an account to take certification training;
  • AREVA University (training for the group's engineers, supervisors and managers)
    AREVA University serves employees as a strategic driver for change, helping managers in their careers by embodying the group’s managerial values and behaviors. It also develops and employability in cross-cutting operational and functional disciplines.
