AREVA is back on the advertising scene in France and in Europe

On June 11, 2007, AREVA launches the latest wave of its advertising campaign.

The campaign is based on updates of what was used during the previous campaign in 2006: the press ad "Our energies have a future. A future without CO2." and the 30-second TV commercial illustrating the complementarity of our businesses. For over a month, AREVA will be visible in the press, on TV and on the Internet. The media plan mainly targets the group's French audiences -the general public and opinion leaders- and European decision makers.

The campaign should extend the benefits of the AREVA Challenge operation for our brand's awareness. It is also the opportunity to reaffirm how the group's activities contribute to the fight against climate change. The campaign is taking place just before our way of advertising evolves and the corresponding tools are renewed.

With this in mind and in order to be able to support developments within AREVA, a call for bids was launched in early 2007 and won by the outgoing agency EURO RSCG C&O. The new project will be put together and managed in line with the issues and prospects facing our group.
